IWK Health in Halifax is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Division of General Pediatrics and the Division Head. The role requires a high degree of organization, accuracy, initiative and discretion in a complex clinical and academic setting.

The Administrative Assistant III works closely with physicians, nursing, allied health, administrative staff, learners, patients and families, as well as multiple departments
