We're a family of five (3 humans and 2 labradoodles) looking for someone warm and dependable to care for our 1 year old son. We value kindness, trust, good communication, and someone who naturally takes initiative. About the Role
and Who You Are: This is a full time role supporting our family during the workweek. My husband is a film director and I work for a cosmetics company in LA. While we're both very involved day-to-day, we're looking for someone confident, proactive, and experienced with infants/toddlers who can take the lead during the day. Our ideal candidate is nurturing, comfortable around dogs, and happy to jump in where needed around the house while the baby naps. You're calm, attentive, organized, and notice the little things, whether that's helping reset the kitchen, tidying shared spaces, or folding baby clothes.

Responsibilities:
Childcare
• Provide attentive, loving care for our 1 year old son, including diaper changes (soon to be toilet training), playtime,



and engagement throughout the day
• Create a secure, calm, and engaging environment that supports healthy development (age appropriate play, eg reading to baby, talking with baby)
• Communicate openly with us about his day, mood, milestones, and routines
• Parents will generally be the ones to handle putting down for naps unless otherwise discussed Pet Care
• Occasional short dog walks or feeding if needed (not typical, only when baby is with parents) Household Support
• Light tidying and helping keep main living spaces organized and running smoothly (eg putting away dishes, folding baby clothes)
• Grocery shopping and occasional errands as needed
