We're a warm, busy family looking for a reliable and caring person to help with before-school care for our two children on an as-needed basis. We're looking for someone who is comfortable helping the kids get up and ready in the morning, preparing breakfast, organizing lunches and belongings, and getting them safely off to school. Occasional additional childcare or help may also be needed depending on our schedules. Our ideal caregiver is responsible, dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. We're hoping to find someone who can become a familiar and trusted part of our family, rather than someone looking for a rigid, full time position. The schedule will vary, so flexibility and availability for occasional mornings are important.
