My mom is a resident living in the Village of Montreal near the Beaudry metro. I'm looking for a dedicated elder care provider to assist her, she is 85 years old and has dementia. She lives alone, she is English speaking but also speaks French. Ideally, she would require daily care, weekdays, from 8 or 9 am for 2 hours a day and also weekends for the same amount of hours. This could require 2 caretakers, one for weekdays and one for weekends. The ideal candidate will provide home care services such as administering her medication and assisting with washing her (she does not like showers or baths) and dressing her and making sure she was wiped herself correctly after using the toilet. She also needs to be encouraged to eat but she does have a daily visitor from the CLSC for her lunches. I am searching for someone who is compassionate, patient,



and has experience in elder care and in particular with dementia patients. I can offer $22.00 per hour or more depending on your experience.
