PEAR Window Cleaning is hiring students for our 2027 summer sales team in Burlington/Toronto. You'll move to a recent city for the summer, and we pay your rent.

What you'll do: sell recurring window cleaning plans door to door with a team. We train you on everything before your first door. No experience needed.

The schedule: full time, 6 days a week, May 4 to end of August. Some reps start in March or stay into October.

The pay: 100% commission. Expected pay for the summer is $11,000 to $45,000. Most first-year reps land around $17,000. Top reps earn much more, and it depends on how hard you work.
