What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Transaction Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission.

- Managing the full transaction process, including purchases and systematic withdrawals
- Processing mutual fund and segregated fund transactions within established service standards
- Ensuring compliance with control measures through the analysis of reports and reconciliations
- Handling complex files, adjustments, correspondence, and client complaints referred to the team
- Communicating regularly with advisors, clients, and various business units across the organization
- Collaborating in the development and implementation of administrative procedures

What Could Help You Succeed in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

- Is recognized for strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to effectively manage priorities
- Demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy




- Has a collaborative mindset and strong teamwork abilities
- Can manage stress effectively and maintain quality standards in a high-volume environment
- Holds a college diploma in Financial Services, Business Administration, or a related field
- Has a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Is comfortable using computer applications and technology
- Training will be provided on internal systems
- Has knowledge of the mutual fund industry and financial services products, which is considered an asset
- Has knowledge of accounting and taxation, which is considered a strong asset
- Is fully bilingual (English and French), as the incumbent will be required to communicate, process files, and exchange correspondence with both English- and French-speaking colleagues, advisors, and clients across Canada on a frequent basis
