After-School Caregiver for 4-Year-Old I'm looking for a warm, reliable and experienced caregiver to provide after-school care for my 4-year-old daughter 5 days a week from 3:00pm-6:30pm. The role would include:
* Picking her up from the bus stop and bringing her home
* Taking her to the park or doing other activities like crafts or games
* Preparing/serving her dinner
* Reading, playing and spending engaged time with her
* Helping keep her after-school routine calm and consistent I'm looking for someone who is patient, kind and nurturing, but also confident and able to set clear, age-appropriate boundaries when needed. My daughter is bright, energetic social and independent, so someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with young children and can be both playful and firm would be a excellent fit. I'm looking for someone who:
* Has previous childcare experience,



particularly with preschool/kindergarten-aged children
* Is dependable and punctual, as school pickup is essential
* Is patient, caring and comfortable setting boundaries
* Is comfortable preparing a simple dinner/snack
* Enjoys reading, outdoor play and interacting with children rather than relying on screens
