We're a friendly family in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver, looking for a warm, reliable and experienced nanny to care for our 7-month-old baby on a part time, live-out basis. I work from home, so we're looking for someone who can take care of our little one while I'm working. We're hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with babies and can provide a warm, nurturing and engaging environment. Hours & Dates Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-1:00pm, with the option to swap to an afternoon shift on one of those days some weeks. Approximately 16 hours per week We can be somewhat flexible with the schedule for the right person Ideally, you would finish once she is settled into her second nap Start: ASAP End: Approximately mid-December 2026 Rate: Approximately $25/hour, depending on experience Responsibilities The main priority will always be caring for our baby, including: Providing attentive, nurturing care throughout the morning Following her nap and feeding routine and putting her down for naps Bottle feeding as required (or bringing her to me for feeds, I'll be working from home) Supporting her as we continue with weaning Diaper changes and general baby care Developmental play, reading, games and activities during wake windows Taking her outside for walks or play when appropriate During nap times,



we'd also appreciate some light household support, such as tidying up, light cleaning and family meal preparation. This is secondary to childcare, and the baby's care will always be the priority. What We're Looking For Previous hands-on experience caring for babies/infants is essential Warm, patient, attentive and engaging personality Reliable and punctual Comfortable following a baby's nap and feeding routine Current CPR and First Aid certification Willing to complete/provide a Criminal Record Check Recent childcare references required Non-smoker Someone who can commit to the full period through to approximately mid-December Location & Transportation We're located in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver.
