We have three young children, all aged three and under. We require someone who is confident managing multiple young children, understands infant development, and can maintain structure, consistency, and a calm, nurturing setting. This is not a babysitting position. We are looking for a professional-level caregiver who can operate at a high standard in both childcare and household management.. Primary

• Full care of three children under three
• Maintaining structured daily routines
• Supporting developmental activities
• Preparing nutritious meals
• Full housekeeping responsibilities

• Laundry (washing, folding, and putting away)

• General household organization The ideal candidate must:
• Have experience with infants and toddlers
• Be extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards
• Be mature, trustworthy, and dependable
• Handle a fast-paced home confidently
• Provide strong references
• Have CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
