A stable and growing electronic manufacturing company is hiring a Vice President, Engineering & Production/Operations to turn a heavy, fast‑moving order book into consistent, on‑time delivery. This leader owns production and engineering end‑to‑end, building the scheduling, planning, and accountability discipline needed to keep pace with demand. The organization designs and manufactures mission‑critical components, holds ISO 9001 and AS9100 certification, and ships every unit individually tested. It is founder‑owned and has a senior engineering team with deep product knowledge. Strong technical foundations are in place; Own and drive the full production schedule across all active orders. Build repeatable production processes and hold teams accountable to delivery dates. Resolve cross‑functional technical issues and sign off on certification readiness.



Identify bottlenecks and risks early; Mentor engineering and production leads to strengthen capability and reduce single‑point dependencies. 15+ years in engineering or operations, including 5+ years with direct production and delivery accountability. Strong hardware or product engineering depth; able to evaluate technical claims directly. Experience in low‑volume, high‑quality manufacturing. Credibility with senior technical teams earned through competence. Hardware, electronics, RF, microwave, or satellite communications experience; This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical workplace and is looking to drive innovation, efficiency, and team success.
