Join Newbridge Academy as a Science Teacher for Grades 8-9 in South Surrey, focusing on hands-on, inquiry-based education. Shape an exciting new program while building strong relationships with students. In this part time role at Newbridge Academy, you will teach a combined Grade 8-9 class while implementing the British Columbia curriculum. This position allows for flexibility in lesson planning and the opportunity to create a dynamic science program that engages students. Instruct science for combined Grade 8-9 classes following BC curriculum
• Bachelor of Education or equivalent preferred
• Solid understanding of BC middle school science
• Teaching experience with Grades 8-9 preferred
• Student-centered, organized, and creative in teaching
