Support nutritional excellence as a Registered Dietitian for Errinrung LTC in Thornbury, Ontario. Focus on creating delicious meals and tailored dietary care for residents in a part time role. Southbridge is looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to enhance the well-being of our long-term care residents. This part-time position, requiring one day per week, involves consulting on nutrition needs, conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans. Educating families and staff about nutrition is a vital part of this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Consult on nutrition and hydration program needs
- Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
- Develop and implement individualized dietary care plans
- Review seasonal menus for nutritional adequacy
- Communicate effectively with the Food Service Manager

Requirements:

- Registered Dietitian with Ontario membership eligibility
- 3-5 years’ experience in long-term care preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and RAI MDS 2.0
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Negative vulnerable sector check and TB test required
