HR Management & Compliance: Serve as the in-house expert on the BC Employment Standards Act and Canadian labour law, ensuring all company policies and procedures are fully compliant and effectively communicated. Talent Recruitment & Development: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract top talent. Onboard and facilitate training initiatives to build a high-performing team. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and professional development. Performance Management: Oversee the performance review cycle,



providing leaders with the tools and coaching needed to foster employee growth and achieve business objectives. Operational HR Excellence: Oversee all HR administration, including employee records, perks administration. Collaboration: Work closely with GWC's management team to align HR strategies with business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations on all people-related matters. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Management role, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies. A demonstrated ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and build strong talent pipelines.
