Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide secure, professional, and high-quality nursing care to patients/residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patients' health conditions and progress.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures within the RPN scope of practice.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare team.
