In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Activity Worker is a member of the multidisciplinary team within a client and family centered model of care and is responsible for carrying out an established activity/recreation/leisure program as directed. Shift Rotation/Hours of work: There may be weekends and evenings required for special events Grade 12, plus completion of recognized recreation course(s) Two year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
