A self-starter mentality with a robust drive to exceed performance and sales goals Confident, outgoing personality and a customer-first approach High school diploma or equivalent Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory Extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses,
