Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, AB, invites a Chef de Partie- Pastry to join a luxury resort undergoing a culinary transformation. You will supervise pastry production for a la carte and buffets, lead a skilled team, and implement recent systems in a brand-new kitchen environment.

Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while maintaining strict sanitation standards and a focus on guest satisfaction in a four- or five-star hospitality setting.
