Senior Project Manager Full-time Temporary (12 months with possibility of prolongation) Medical Dental Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program Flexible hours Educational Support (LinkedIn Learning, LOMA Courses and Equisoft University) The Senior Project Manager reports to the Director of Projects and works closely with 7 to 10 team members that include Business Analyst, Architect, Configurator and QA. Below, is a brief description of the expected product the candidate will be working on (if product division position) Equisoft /Manage is a cloud SaaS Policy Administration System designed to offer a comprehensive suite of features that streamline insurance operations, providing a seamless experience for both insurance providers and their clients. Our platform also provides advanced analytics and reporting tools that provide insights into customer behavior, allowing insurance providers to tailor their services to their clients’ needs. Identify, plan and manage the development and implementation stages of assigned projects Evaluate the tasks to be completed and identify resource requirements (human, financial and material) Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, as well as deliverables quality standards Assist the customers during the project definition period; Participate, as required,



in the preparation of the preliminary analysis; and coordinate all activities required for project approval Plan, monitor and control the scope, the risks, the costs, the change requests, the outstanding issues, the human resources and the communications for all assigned projects Lead and coordinate the work of the project teams and assist the staff in completing the tasks Promote interaction and cooperation between the customers (internal / external) and the project teams Maintain management indicators records on the projects progress and control the change requests related to these projects Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma combined to 3 years of relevant experience 10-15 years of experience of IT or finance project management PMP and/or Scrum Master certification or equivalent Experience in Project Development Cycle Management Experience in client-facing project, not just internal initiatives Experience in implementation project of CRM and/or ERP Very valuable knowledge of Web Technologies/Environment Knowledge of the Agile methodology Available for occasional travel Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industries (asset) Excellent verbal and written skills in both French and English All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
