We are a busy, community-focused hospital committed to high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. We currently have a strong team of 5 CSRs and, as we continue to grow and support the Sea to Sky community, we’re excited to welcome another CSR to the team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates well, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Answering phones and scheduling appointments Dealing with insurance claims Maintaining accurate medical records Supporting veterinarians and technicians with daily workflow Keeping the reception area clean and organized Excellent customer service and communication skills Previous veterinary or medical reception experience would be preferable, but not mandatory.
