About the Team & Impact You’ll support ServiceNow work, focusing on IT Operations Management and CMDB health for an enterprise workplace. The role drives reliable discovery, accurate CI relationships, and robust integrations that enable event management and service mapping at scale. Responsibilities Lead ITOM Discovery across hybrid environments to improve CI coverage and accuracy. Design and govern CMDB/CSDM models to enforce data quality, normalization, and reconciliation rules.



Implement Service Mapping to align application services with infrastructure and dependencies. Optimize Event Management to reduce noise and improve incident correlation. Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers to ensure secure, reliable discovery across networks. Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise tools via REST/SOAP/APIs.
