You’ll drive significant improvements in operational efficiency, representing Fleet Performance in strategic reviews and governance sessions.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish the Fleet Performance Group's charter and operating model
• Hire and develop a high-performing team of 10-15 FTE
• Manage Production asset change decisions and ensure compliance
• Drive SME support transfer from 50% to 80% within 6 months
• Report monthly on key fleet performance indicators
Requirements:
• Over 10 years in asset management or fleet operations
• Proven experience building cross-functional operational teams
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms like MaintainX or SAP PM
• Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones
