$130,000–$160,000 + Bonus + RRSP Our client, a reputable ICI general contractor, is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator ground-up industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented estimator who understands full-cycle tendering, trade pricing, budgeting, and pre-construction strategy. Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes. Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing. Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks. Work closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and trades. Strong experience estimating ground-up ICI construction projects. Robust relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
