Fraser Health Authority in Surrey, BC is seeking a Relief Full Time Outreach Worker for the Overdose Outreach Team to support individuals and families affected by substance use. You will coordinate access to opioid agonist therapy, harm reduction services and community resources within a client‑centred care model.
Under RN supervision, you’ll monitor health status, assist with appointments, and advocate for advantages while promoting life‑skills development. CPR and driving are required.
