and the observability to know an action worked before the owner has to ask. You make the calls on what ships and how fast, and you set the engineering culture: craft and shipping over process. As we raise, you hire and lead the engineers behind you, starting with a Founding AI Engineer who partners with you on the agent's reasoning layer. You've shipped hard production systems end to end, as comfortable in infrastructure and integrations as in application code, and you move fast without breaking trust.
