Responsibilities include identifying and discarding defective products, performing all work in a protected manner, and cleaning and maintaining painting and coating equipment, ventilation systems, compressed air tools, and personal protective equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation: Sanding, cleaning, and preparing cabinet surfaces for finishing to ensure consistent and even application of coatings. Application of finishes: Applying stains, lacquers, paints, glazes, and sealers using air-assist spray guns. Equipment operation: Setting up and operating finishing machines, such as spray guns and spray pumps, as well as using power tools like orbital sanders. Quality control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards. Work area management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company policies and safety guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical
