SOAHAC is seeking a Family Physician to join our interdisciplinary primary care team at our London site. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive family medicine services, participate in team-oriented case planning, and contribute to prevention and health promotion initiatives within a culturally safe, trauma-informed framework. Work is in an Aboriginal Health Access Centre environment with a team including Traditional Healers, Elders, NPs, RNs, mental health clinicians and social #J-18808-Ljbffr
