Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Maintain the front desk area, client waiting area,



and meeting rooms in a clean and organized condition. Support the accounting team with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, data entry, and preparing documents for client meetings. Help organize and track the flow of client tax documents during peak seasons. Perform other administrative and reception duties as assigned to enhance overall office efficiency. Previous experience in an accounting office or professional services environment is preferred but not required. ~ Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, especially during busy tax seasons. ~ Health
