Niagara Falls, Ontario What you will be doing: Review bid documents and define project scope and strategy Lead material take-offs, cost modeling and bill of materials preparation Coordinate RFQs and integrate vendor pricing Identify risks, inconsistencies and opportunities through RFIs and document markups Prepare scopes of work, redlined specs/exhibits and quotation letters; take part in pre-close and final close reviews; support preliminary construction schedules and handoff to post-award teams What you must have: ~5+ years of facade estimating experience, particularly unitized curtain wall systems ~ Proficiency with cost models, take-offs and digital markups (Bluebeam required)



~ Confidence reviewing complex bid documents and specifications ~ Strong attention to detail; manages multiple scopes and tight deadlines ~ Robust communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ~ Must have/ Industry: Curtain wall / facade / glazing manufacturers, installers or contractors; building envelope ~ TECHNICAL expert with glass and aluminium curtain wall. ~ Strong experience with Unitized custom curtain walls.
