Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Anderton Place apartments in Comox, BC. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, heating and electrical problems, perform repairs on windows, doors, appliances, and flooring, and handle painting and drywall work to keep units welcoming. The role requires 2+ years in a maintenance-related position, completion of a relevant trade or technical certification (or equivalent experience), knowledge of hand tools, and proficiency with #J-18808-Ljbffr
