Opening and maintaining customer files in Tracx and PFW; Adding all sales-related documents to customer accounts; Handling billing for compact tractors and other equipment; Preparing receipts for customers; Preparing all documents for sales representatives; Assisting the Branch Manager and Service Department with follow-ups regarding the delivery of recent equipment; Preparing ATAC forms and temporary SAAQ registrations; Assisting with follow-up on insurance requests; Providing administrative support for financing and credit applications; Requesting the preparation of financing contracts through Tracx and assembling them; Sending John Deere Financial financing files to Laval; Handling lease transfers and lease-end procedures; Submitting credit applications for multi-use accounts; Performing all other related administrative duties.
