Key Responsibilities
• Own P&L; for sponsorship, ticketing, merchandise, and F&B;
• Develop and drive the annual revenue budget and plans
• Lead partnership strategy and oversee partner servicing
• Set pricing strategies for tickets, memberships, and premium products
• Manage merchandise business across various channels
Requirements:
• 8-10+ years in senior leadership with P&L; accountability
• Proven success in sponsorship sales and partnership management
• Experience in ticketing, retail, or food and beverage
• Solid financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting
