101 Water Street, Digby, NS B0V 1A0 Employment type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: 35 hours per week Wage: $31.96 per hour Start date: As soon as possible Number of positions: 2 Position Summary The Sales Supervisor will support the day-to-day operation of the retail store and supervise staff to ensure customers receive good service and store activities are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities




Supervise and coordinate retail staff Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties Hire and train staff or arrange training as required Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock management Manage cash and oversee daily cash-handling activities Assist customers and resolve complaints or other concerns Authorize merchandise returns when required Prepare reports related to sales, merchandising, and staffing Conduct employee performance reviews Help maintain an organized and efficient store environment Qualifications ~ Secondary school graduation certificate ~7 months to less than 1 year of related retail or supervisory experience ~ Good English communication skills ~ Robust customer service and interpersonal skills ~ Good organizational and problem‑solving skills ~ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks ~ Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
