GFL is expanding its Team Green and seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator / DZ Driver to assist in municipal biosolid and wood residual management. You will operate trucks, front-end loaders, and agriculture equipment, while ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with adaptable daytime hours for effective work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate vehicles to transport materials between sites
- Complete digital documents for inspections and compliance
- Maintain equipment according to GFL standards
- Load and unload spreading equipment during field work
- Spread materials to designated areas safely

Requirements:

- 3 years of driver/operator experience preferred
- Must hold a valid DZ license with clean abstract
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of heavy machinery and farming practices
- Ability to exercise good judgment and customer service
