The Workplace Services & Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day workplace operations, meeting and event services, office technology, purchasing, vendor coordination, Kronos administration, and basic financial processes for the Mississauga site. As a Workplace Services & Operations Coordinator , you will: Manage meeting room setup and workplace services operations. Coordinate meetings, Town Halls, employee events and training sessions. Provide A/V and office equipment support and coordinate vendor services. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels. Administer POS and company store pricing updates. Support Kronos/UKG timekeeping, attendance tracking and reporting. Assist with invoice reconciliation, expense tracking and budget monitoring. Conduct workplace inspections and support health and safety initiatives. Support onboarding activities and workplace orientations. 3+ years of experience in workplace services, office operations, facilities, hospitality, or event coordination. ~ Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel,



Teams and PowerPoint. ~ Excellent customer service and communication skills. ~ Experience using Kronos or UKG workforce management systems. ~ Basic finance and accounting knowledge including invoice processing, reconciliations, budget tracking and vendor payments. ~ Experience supporting events and A/V technology. ~ Health and Safety experience is an asset.
