Lead transaction strategies involving leasing, renewals, acquisitions, disposals, developments, subleasing and restructuring activities. Manage complex negotiations and transaction programs together with brokers, landlords, legal, finance and other stakeholders. Drive timely execution of approved transactions through governance and implementation processes. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on portfolio strategy, workplace transformation and real estate decision‑making. Partner closely with Business Groups, Country Leadership, HR, Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders. Represent Real Estate in executive discussions and strategic planning activities as required. Develop strategic recommendations, portfolio scenarios and business cases supporting investment decisions. Prepare executive‑level materials and recommendations for governance forums and leadership reviews. Support investment prioritization and portfolio decision‑making. Maintain high standards of portfolio governance, reporting and data quality.
