eSolutify is an AI automation and growth agency with offices in Toronto, Dubai, Montréal, and Los Angeles. We have been delivering digital solutions — from AI chatbots and paid advertising to web development and video production — for over 15 years. This Junior Sales Executive role sits at the front line of that growth, and we are hiring for both our Dubai and Toronto offices. Your day will revolve around identifying potential clients, reaching out, building relationships, and presenting eSolutify's services in a way that genuinely matches what a prospect needs. You will not be left to figure things out alone — structured training is provided so you can get up to speed with our services, our process, and how we approach sales as a team. You will work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams and have direct access to senior leadership, including the founder. Success in this role looks like a growing pipeline, consistent follow-through on leads, and closed deals that bring the right clients into the eSolutify family. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.



Manage your sales pipeline and keep records of all activity and follow-ups in an organised manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on leads generated through campaigns and inbound channels. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong relationships through the sales cycle. Meet and work toward agreed sales targets on a monthly basis. Minimum one year of experience in a sales role (agency, tech, or service-industry background is an asset). Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Based in or able to work from Dubai (UAE) or Toronto (ON, Canada). Familiarity with digital marketing services such as paid ads, SEO, web development, or AI tools. Proficiency in Arabic, French, or Persian — reflecting the languages spoken across our team. Experience using a CRM or sales tracking tool. Structured onboarding and sales training provided from day one. Real projects across a broad range of industries and services.
