Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.Summary of Role:Supports specialty pharmacy workflows across prescription intake, benefit verification, claims follow-up, prior authorization support, and fulfillment activities using established procedures.o Reviews claims, orders, refill activity, shipment details,



and inventory information to identify routine discrepancies and complete approved corrective actions.o Tracks backorders, substitutions, replenishment updates, and product availability issues to support continuity of pharmacy operations.

Education:
