Windspeaker Media is growing and seeks a motivated, full-time Advertising Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will engage directly with the community, build meaningful business relationships, and develop cutting-edge advertising solutions that help local businesses increase their visibility and reach.

The successful candidate will bring:

- 1-3 years of outside sales experience – Radio sales preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Driven, passionate and goal oriented
- Capacity to work individually and as team player
- Great communication skills, both oral and written
- Good listener
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Highly disciplined and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
- Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous Culture is an asset

You will be responsible for:





- Developing new and existing direct accounts
- Meet and exceed monthly radio revenue targets
- Integrate with other departments within our organization
- Meet and strategize with current and new potential customers
- Develop ways to solve clients’ challenges
- Provide daily call planning and reporting as required
- Responsible for collections on personal sales
- Represent Windspeaker Media with integrity, spirit, passion, respect and professionalism.
