Centurion Asset Management Inc. is seeking a Resident Manager (Live-In) for a multi-family property in Gravenhurst, Ontario. You will report to the Property Manager and oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident relations while ensuring budgets and corporate standards are met.

You will manage upkeep, coordinate maintenance, collect rents, show apartments, and respond to emergencies 24/7 in a community-focused setting.
