You will collaborate with Customer Experience, Finance, Data and Operations to implement strategies and support new offerings. Reporting to the Product Director of Optional Advantages, you will lead cross-functional projects, conduct market research, and maintain governance documentation to drive product excellence within Group Benefits. This role is hybrid in Canada.
