Job Description
The Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for one of our iconic dining outlets. Assist with recruiting, training, and developing team members to maximize performance and satisfaction.
Assist with the development of menus, wine lists, service delivery and standards of F&B; operationsEnsure that the outlet maintains a first class, positive visual impact including ambience, cleanliness, décor, and service flow.

Qualifications:
Previous F&B; leadership experience requiredWorking knowledge of point of sale systems (ideally Micros), and Microsoft OfficePossession of a degree or diploma in a related discipline preferredPhysically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shiftYou may be required to work on holidays, weekends,
