Working Hours
EST 10+ years of professional software development with Python and enterprise application development ~ Hands-on development of Agentic AI systems using LangChain , LangGraph , CrewAI , Semantic Kernel , or Google ADK ~ Implementation of CI/CD pipelines , Git-based version control, automated testing, and code review practices MCP server development and implementation Design patterns, SOLID principles,



and clean architecture standards Bilingual French and English communication for collaboration with clients and colleagues across Canada Design and deliver automation products and agentic AI solutions integrated with enterprise tools and business processes Develop Python services, APIs, and workflows to orchestrate tools, agents, and data sources Implement agent planning, tool orchestration, memory, and multi-agent collaboration patterns Create evaluation approaches for quality, safety, regression testing, hallucination mitigation, and prompt reliability Design guardrails including policy-based routing, validation, grounding strategies, and secure tool execution Mentor developers through reviews, pairing, technical discussions, and constructive feedback Plus de 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle en développement logiciel avec Python et en développement d’applications d’entreprise.
