Innovation with control. Assess practical opportunities to apply automation, advanced analytics and AI to KYC, ensuring appropriate engagement of governance, model risk, privacy, security and control partners.
Build strong business analysis and technology enablement capability, coach team members, promote common standards and foster an accountable, collaborative delivery culture.
What you bringProgressive experience leading complex technology enablement, business architecture, product, transformation or business analysis portfolios in financial services or another regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of KYC, AML,

Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, testing and implementation readiness.
Ability to influence across senior business, risk and technology stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
Executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity, frame decisions and develop clear written and presentation materials.
Sound judgement in balancing regulatory, risk, customer, colleague, delivery and cost considerations.
Experience working across jurisdictions, global programs or federated operating models is an asset.
