You will own strategic client relationships, drive a coordinated One GreenShield experience, and partner across regions and functions to deliver growth and retention. You will establish account strategies, executive sponsorship, and joint success plans, while leading a matrix organization to achieve client outcomes. English/French proficiency is preferred.
