This role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership. As an Automotive Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Hyundai brand. Engage and assist customers in a professional manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.



Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends. Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers. Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week. Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust. Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced sales environment. Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Competitive compensation plan with commission and bonus opportunities.
