AsanEstimatoryouwillberesponsibleforcreatingquotationsfordeficienciesandrepairsresultingfromannualinspections,servicecalls,repairvisits,andregularmaintenancevisits.
Youwillcollaboratecloselywithourbusinessdevelopmentandoperationsteamstoensureseamlessprojectexecutionandclientsatisfaction.
Thispositionoffersanexcitingopportunitytocontributetothegrowthandsuccessofourorganizationwhileworkinginadynamicandcollaborativeenvironment. Objectives&ResponsibilitiesoftheEstimator;: Convertinspectionreportsintoapresentableformatforourclientsbyreviewing,editing,andfinalizingdata.



Createquotationsbasedonnoteddeficiencies/repairsontheinspectionreportsand/orworkscopes. Createthequotation/proposalcoverletter. Liaisewithsuppliersandvendorsforpricingasneeded. CommunicateandcoordinatewithFieldTechnicianstoverifyinformationoninspectionreportand/orworkscopetoensureQuotationsareaccurateandallencompassing. Followdepartmentguidelinesandmetricsasadvisedtoachievecompanystrategicgoals. Assistandsupportinternaldepartmentsasrequired. CollaboratewithAccountManagersandOperationsregardingspecialorurgentrequests. Communicatecriticalinformationtocolleaguespertainingtovendors,products,equipment,pricing,andcompetitors. Maintainclearandopenlinesofcommunicationwithinternalteammemberstocontributetoanefficientworkflowprocess. Adheretoandpromotethecompany'scorevalues,processes,policiesandOccupationalHealthandSafetyprotocols. Additionaldutiesastheymayarise.
