Process high-volume invoices with Sunrise Farms as an Accounts Payable Specialist supporting multiple entities and locations. Use ERP systems and precise data entry daily.

Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable and Receivable, this specialist supports finance operations across Sunrise Farms. The work includes full-cycle accounts payable, payment preparation, bank reconciliations, vendor communication, and accurate records.

Process and system optimization initiatives are also part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process full-cycle accounts payable for multiple companies and locations
- Complete two-way and three-way invoice matches in ERP systems
- Prepare cheque runs and EFT or ACH payments
- Reconcile weekly bank payments against the cash book




- Resolve vendor and internal department issues when required

Requirements:

- Two years of previous accounts payable experience
- Strong data entry skills handling high invoice volumes
- SAP Concur or accounts payable automation experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid attention to detail and collaborative ability
