As Installation Manager, you will manage and lead the fabrication and installation workforce. Coordinate with Project Management and department heads on engineering, CAD, programming, and project documentation. The role includes outsourced work, quality control, budget oversight, technical mentoring, and installation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead installation workforce through recruiting and training
- Coordinate documentation for fabrication and installation activities
- Oversee departmental budgets and labor expenditures
- Drive AVI-SPL installation and fabrication standards compliance
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, equipment delivery, and field support
Requirements:
- Installation workforce planning and management experience
- Ability to direct projects through completion
- Knowledge of basic audio, video, and control signal flow
- Safe, effective use of hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma
