- Hours: 33 hours weekly (Early morning, morning, day, weekend, on-call, and overtime options)
- Salary: $18.50 per hour

Position Overview

Clutterbug Cleaning & Organizing is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across office buildings, educational facilities, and residential settings. This position manages a team of 7–8 light duty cleaners, ensures high cleanliness and safety standards, and maintains client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Hire, train, and schedule cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of 7 to 8 cleaners.
- Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations.




- Assist staff with cleaning duties as needed and process payments for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Establish work schedules and manage task completion under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant cleaning or supervisory experience.
- Education: No degree, diploma, or certificate required.
- Certifications: a valid Driver's Licence.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication in English, strong client focus, flexibility, and sound judgment.
