In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire our engineering department, driving innovation and excellence in our projects and processes.Provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering team, aligning department goals with overall organizational objectivesOversee multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherenceDevelop and implement engineering processes, methodologies,
